The proven IST® appliance acc. to Prof. Hinz is manufactured using the deep-drawing technique.
Upper and lower jaws are connected by two laterally positioned guidin rods so that the lower jaw protrudes.
The attachment is made with the fixing parts (Art. No. 98032).
Indicated in pronounced Spee curve and suitable for elongated teeth.

The guidin rods are needed for the manufacture of intraoral snoring therapy appliance IST®classicNEU and connect the lower jaw with the upper jaw, which makes the lawer jaw to protrude.
